GLB Compliance
At CIQ, Inc., our #1 concern is to make sure ALL of our clients are abiding by both state and federal laws. This is why we have added additional verbiage to our scripts to protect you, as our client, from any ramifications regarding the Graham Leach Bliley Act (GLB), which took effect July 1st, 2001. To the best of our knowledge, we are the only lead generation company taking a proactive approach to this new act. Why? Because we are Run by Car People, For Car People!
This additional verbiage reads as follows: "Please be advised you are making an application for credit. We do not disclose any non-public information about you, except as permitted by law."
With VOISYS, you own the data gathered from responders to your advertisements. VOISYS does not sell, share or otherwise use your applicants information; so you can be in total control of your GLB compliance activities.
