Is there a set-up fee for any of your 800 lead generating services?
No. It is our corporate philosophy to not charge any set-up fees. Most companies charge a set-up fee for their services to gain an immediate monetary return. We feel that if we provide our customers with excellent customer service and superior lead generation techniques, your loyalty and continued service will far outweigh the benefits of a set-up fee.
How long does it take to have my system up and running?
All new accounts are processed and set-up the same business day if the service agreement is received before 3pm EST. Any contracts received after 3pm will be up and running the following business day.
What is the term of the contract?
There is no term commitment. If you wish to discontinue the service just provide us with a
24-hour written notice to cancel.
How much do the various services cost?
This all depends on the level of service you choose. We have several different programs available and it would be more efficient to determine what level of service is best suited for your type of business with a simple phone call to an account representative. All of our services are competitively priced and we offer the best customer service in the industry.
We also have a corporate policy that we will beat any price quoted by at least 10%.
What type of equipment is needed to utilize the 800 service?
A fax machine. You do not need to purchase any additional hardware or software.
How do I receive my leads?
Leads are transmitted one of two ways. The first and traditional way is to fax the lead to your desired fax machine. This has been a hassle free way of receiving leads, however, there are minor problems associated with fax machines. They tend to run out of paper when the office is closed, leads seem to disappear from fax machines and line noise can cause blurred and incomplete faxes. The best option is to use our eLead program. We use an off-the-shelf contact manager, which is readily available at any office supply store for around $200. We will send you a free configuring disc and all you need is a dedicated email address to receive leads directly into your contact manager. Using this service allows you the ability to build a database of your prospects; schedule appointments and reminders, even keep track of all your sales. Can I use my own 800 number with your service?
Yes. We can arrange to use your existing 800 number.
Can I customize my script?
Yes. Along with your customized greeting we will initially provide a standard script. Necessary changes can be made to the script.
How quickly is the lead (consumer application) sent to me?
As soon as the consumer hangs up the phone, the system automatically dials your fax number and faxes the information to you.
How am I assured no one else is getting my leads?
Since you are assigned your own personal toll-free number, no one else has access to your leads. This makes our customers feel more secure about the leads they receive and avoids problems of this nature.
What do I do if I have any type of problem?
One of the reasons why our company has become the leader in 800 lead generation is because of our total commitment to customer service. Our Customer Service department is staffed from the hours of 7am to 7pm. After hours, a senior member of the management team is "on call" until midnight, seven days a week. |
